With over 30 years’ experience across a range of industries and national jurisdictions, Graeme has worked in both the public and private sectors, with roles across the supply chain from policy and strategy through to delivery. In his current Business Development Director role with London-based energy governance, risk and compliance consultancy, Gemserv, he conceives and designs market-level solutions.
He has researched, planned and led on a range of successful indsutry programmes, including the Retail Energy Code (REC), the Smart Energy Code (SEC), Smart Metering Device Assurance (SMDA), the gas Perfromance Assurance Framework (PAF) and the Retail Market Design Service (RMDS). He has also chaired various industry groups, including the change board for the retail electricity market switching arrangements. Previously, Graeme managed funds for investment in energy efficient technology; and, befire that, led a team that developed and delivered an innovative data-driven, student finance administration scheme.
