Gail is a highly versatile Barrister (Inner Temple, 2021), Advocate (Scottish Bar, 2002) and Commercial Lawyer with over 20 years’ PQE. She is adept at advising global public, private and 3rd sector organisations on commercial and legal issues to drive leadership, ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Gail is an expert at analysing legal issues, supporting and engaging with corporates (including SMEs) to shape actionable, effective business strategies.
Gail applies meticulous oversight, reviewing legal documents / commercial contracts and provide insight into opportunities and risks to support complex negotiations. She is passionate about understanding changes in the law to provide deep insight, often ‘translating’ complex legal constructs to enable strategic decision making. Gail also leverages deep leadership experience, overseeing the delivery of major change projects to improve legal efficiencies – delivering maximum value and minimal risk.
