Ceteris require a multi-skilled tradesperson for the planned and reactive maintenance and customisation of our prestigious property portfolio within Central Scotland. Candidates must have a good understanding H&S responsibilities/requirements
The individual will join our established maintenance team and a driving licence is essential.
Duties will involve:
- All Round Building and Maintenance
- Joinery Work, Refurbishment, Fit Out
- Kitchen Installations
- Plastering
- Tiling

Location – Clackmannanshire
Pay Rate – £24,151
Benefits include:
30 days holiday (plus 4 stats)

Hours – Monday to Friday 8am To 4.30pm (37.5hrs pw)
