The latest government advice is that from today mainland Scotland is to go into lockdown as an urgent action to try and reduce the COVID virus.
Ceteris provide essential support services to those tenants who need to use the building, including businesses providing essential services and those businesses or individuals who cannot work from home. As such, our buildings will remain open to those businesses that need them. We have made changes to our premises to make them COVID secure and a safe place to work and in line with the Scottish tier system in all levels.
As always, our highest priority is to provide a healthy, safe work environment, and our regular, robust cleaning regimes remain in place, alongside security and on-site maintenance and reception teams. The reception hours at Alloa Business Centre, The e-Centre and Springfield House will be reduced and will now open from 8.45 to 1pm to allow for the mail services, Menstrie will be open as normal.
The Property Management team will have a reduced site presence but the rest of the team will be working from home as will our Accounts and Business Development teams. We will continue to monitor the coronavirus situation and will update our guidance to tenants and other businesses as and when we need to make any further changes.
