We have kept our offices open as long as possible because we know how important our services are to our tenants, however due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have taken the difficult decision to close our offices as of 5pm this evening.

This closure covers Reception, Property, Maintenance, Cleaning, Accounts & Business Gateway staff.
However all tenants will still have 24 hour access to their property, we simply ask that buildings are kept secure and that windows are closed at all times. There will be no cleaning services during this closure.
Unfortunately there will also be no Royal Mail services to the Alloa Business Centre, Hilton House, e-Centre or Springfield House during this closure. Mail can be easily collected from the local Royal Mail Sorting Offices in Alloa or Stirling, please take Company ID when you go.
If tenants have arranged for items to be delivered to the above locations, please make arrangements with the delivery company to collect your items. To help with deliveries, there are direct contact details for each tenant on the front door of each of the buildings.
All mail and parcels that has been left at reception to this point will be transferred into tenant offices.
Royal Mail deliveries will continue at Elmbank Mill and Forrester Lodge and all locations will continue to be under CCTV surveillance.
