The method is being adapted during the COVID-19 outbreak to deliver a short, sharp and effective intervention to assist business leaders to stay in the game (using “Sort” techniques) and emerge stronger (using “Scale” techniques).
Business leaders can attend this online workshop for free which is delivered by Jamie McCallum, CEO of ARG Management Consultancy, who has helped businesses in Forth Valley for many years. As a keynote speaker during Clacks Business Week at the beginning of March, Jamie shared the importance of addressing key issues prior to attempting business growth.
