Ceteris is launching Emerge Unlocking Potential – a new programme for Clackmannanshire enterprises who want to unlock the growth potential of their organisation.
Starting on the 9th November 2023, over a series of four workshops, Emerge Unlocking Potential delegates will find out how to build the capability they need to unlock the potential of their business or organisation. Each 3-hour session will cover specific business areas, led by experts in each field. Attendees will gain the know how and expertise in:
- Route planning your ideas and growth
- Business Planning
- Idea generation
- Financial modelling and accessing finance
At the end of the programme, each delegate will produce their own Strategy and Implementation plan to take their business or organisation forward over the next 12-18 months. They will also be able to measure or benchmark the growth potential of their business or organisation so that they are better equipped for success both now and over the long term. The tools and techniques taught and used will help embed process and unlock the potential of each organisation long after the end of the Emerge Unlocking Potential programme.
