Unlocking Potential (UP) Programme – Pilot
Ceteris (Scotland) Ltd are running a pilot programme for senior managers or business owners/founders to support growth and innovation. This is a structured learning academy for growth-minded SME business leaders to develop the capability they need to unlock the potential in their business.

Who you need to be
🤝 Directors of SMEs across Clackmannanshire
🤝 Been trading for at least 12 months
🤝 Strong growth aspirations
🤝 Mindset needed, open to change and to learn
🤝 A business that has at least 2 paid employees (in addition to Directors)
The Pilot
The pilot will run from January to March 2023 and involves:
A 3 month program, featuring in each month:
- 1 x Full day workshop in week 1
- Offline development in mini groups of participants
- ½ day review session in week 4
Content by Month
- Strategy and planning
- Innovation and ideas generation
- Financial assessment /modelling and implementation
Output will be a full Growth Strategy & Implementation Plan at the end of Q1
UP Programme worth £5,950
This programme is valued at a market price of £5,950 per participant for the 3-month programme but we are offering up to 8 places for this pilot at no cost to the business other than time commitment.

You will need to include; last 3 year accounts details, details of products and services, ambitions, details and experience of Directors, core capabilities, assets and resources and details of why you deserve the free place(s).
