We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team in Stirling or Falkirk as Business Centre Receptionists.   

Dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients and tenants, we manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, offering modern amenities and professional services to enhance the work environment for our tenants.  

The ideal candidates will be naturally customer focused, responsible for driving occupancy and providing a first-class service to tenants and site visitors alike. As the first point of contact, you will excel at warmly greeting guests and managing multiple tasks, from addressing property enquiries through various channels to overseeing virtual accounts, providing catering services for conferences and events, and maintaining compliance and cleanliness standards within the building. With each day presenting new challenges, versatility and adaptability are key. No two days will be the same.  

 Business Centre Receptionist Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet tenants and visitors in a professional and friendly manner 
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times 
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as appropriate 
  • Handle enquiries from tenants and visitors and provide accurate sales information 
  • Carry out viewings of available space and communal areas 
  • Carry out statutory compliance checks  
  • Schedule and manage conference room bookings for meetings and events 
  • Coordinate catering services for conferences and events, ensuring timely delivery and setup 
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as local reporting, data base management, mail distribution and package handling 
  • Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant needs and concerns 
  • Ensure compliance with building fire safety and security procedures and protocols 
  • Work with the wider Ceteris team to ensure consistent service delivery across the portfolio  
  • Be an ambassador for Ceteris’ Green initiatives  

Qualifications and experience: 

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities 
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Hours can be flexible with part time or full-time posts available. Flexibility is required in relation to work location and hours.
