Expansion & Support

Ceteris (Scotland) Ltd have accommodated their expansions over these years and are currently supporting them with a move into a 7.500 sq ft building on Alva Industrial Estate.  Blyth House is located in a prominent position on the estate and benefits from stunning views onto the majestic Ochil Hills.

We are absolutely delighted to be able to support the growth of a local business and be able to provide them with a suitable property to support their development, as and when they require it. Mark and his team are a delight to have as tenants and I look forward to visiting when they have constructed their new state of the art display showroom!”

Mark McLean, Director said

Over the past 4 years of being a tenant of Ceteris our company has experienced fantastic growth, this in turn has meant that we have had to take on more staff and more office space.

We have now found ourselves in yet another growth period, thanks to the introduction of new products and innovations. To sustain this growth and maintain our client service levels we had to once again start looking for a more flexible working space that will allow us to cope with supply demand.

Moving to Blyth house will allow us to expand our product offering and showcase the products in a new state of art showroom, Expand our internal staff and also bring our warehousing and trade business under one roof.

It’s a very exciting time, and we are delighted to be working with Ceteris once again to help make this all happen”.

Mark McLean is the Director at Internorm by Scotia and runs the Architectural Division of Scotia Windows and Doors. He is responsible for Business Development, Marketing, Product Training, Sales and general business operations.

We want to wish Internorm by Scotia the best of luck in their new home at Blyth House and we would welcome any other business or tenant to come and have a chat with our property team about their growth or expansion plans on property@ceteris.co.uk.
