We’re delighted to announce that we have retained the Business Gateway contract to offer support services to the Clackmannanshire business community. The contract award is the result of a competitive tender process, with the Ceteris bid rated ‘Outstanding’ for quality and delivery.
Ceteris has a long track record in providing business support services in Clackmannanshire. For the last 18 years, we have provided Business Gateway services to small and medium-sized organisations across the county. This latest contract award is for four more years up to 2027.
Our bid not only scored very highly on quality, but also demonstrated innovation in how we plan to deliver support going forward. During the pandemic, we pivoted rapidly to provide services online. This demonstrated how we could innovate to meet the needs of businesses in a very difficult time. Our tender for the new contract focused on how we could learn from the experience of lockdown and become more efficient and responsive to business needs while maintaining the same high level of service.
Ceteris provides Business Gateway services alongside other business support activity. We run commercial training events, run networking events and groups and deliver support to start-up and growing businesses through our Emerge programme.
