Ceteris has announced major upgrade plans for flagship property, the Alloa Business Centre. The centre which currently houses over 30 tenant businesses is in line for a three quarters of a million pounds refurbishment.
This essential upgrade will ensure that the Alloa Business Centre builds on its current reputation as a great place to do business, maintains and improves its conferencing facility and becomes the primary business centre for Clackmannanshire, now and in the future.
The plan, which will begin to roll out immediately, includes:
- The design and installation of a modern café
- A new state of the art conferencing facility
- An extension to the front of the reception area
- Improved accessibility with the installation of lifts
- New double glazed windows throughout
- Improvements to the roof
- Replacement of electronic storage heaters with Gas Central Heating
- External Wall Insulation (EWI) enveloping the building
The Senior Management Team of Ceteris said: “We view the Alloa Business Centre as a key business location for Clackmannanshire. A large proportion of my time has been spent investigating and constructing an in-depth redevelopment plan for it.”
