What if my accommodation needs to change?

Since we have a large portfolio of office and business space, we can normally accommodate your changing needs with ease. With our flexible tenancy agreements you can expand or shrink your space as your needs change. You only pay for the space you need.

When can I move in?

You can sign an agreement and direct debit one day and move in the next.

What is the minimum period of occupation?

Ceteris offer flexible agreements for a minimum period of 3 months, eliminating high start up costs, complicated lease agreements and delays.

What’s included in my Serviced Office rent?

Serviced Offices are fully inclusive of rent, water and sewerage charges, heat, building insurance, light, power, cleaning, security-building alarm, reception services, meeting facilities, 24 hour access, refuse collection, external & internal maintenance, car parking, grounds maintenance and kitchen facilities.

What’s included in my Workshop/Business unit rent?

Workshop and business units are inclusive of rent, building insurance, external buildings maintenance, landscape and car parking maintenance, 24 hour CCTV and car parking.

Can I arrange to use a meeting room?

Yes, all Ceteris Business Centres have meeting/conference facilities available. These are included in the monthly rental for tenants of services offices. For tenants of Business units and workshops a discount rate is available.

What if I rent an office in one Business Centre but require a meeting room in another centre?

By renting an office in any Ceteris Business Centre you have access to the meeting room in all Ceteris centres including; Inglewood House, Alloa Business Centre, The e-Centre, Menstrie Business Centre and Springfield House in Stirling.

What is a Virtual Office?

A Ceteris Virtual Office provides all the benefits of a professional office without the need for you to be there. Professional virtual office receptionists offer call handling in your company name. You can also have 24 hour remote access to your voicemail.

We often have to work outside normal office hours and at weekends - can we still have access?

Access to all our Business Centres is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reception is staffed Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm
