Our portfolio of business units covers a very broad range of sizes and activities, from basic, integrated, garage styled workshops, to large free standing properties with raised access flooring, dedicated kitchens, toilets and showers.
Flexible tenancy agreements, for a minimum period of three months, (no maximum period), ensure that changing space requirements can be readily accommodated without financial penalty. Where requested bespoke fit-outs by our in-house team of craftsmen, on highly competitive terms, enables customers to make the most appropriate and efficient use of space for their particular activity.
Our pricing structutre reflects the individual style and character of the properties on offer, together with the level of fit-out and facilities available. However, in every case, our prices include the costs of building insurance and external maintenance, plus the costs of maintaining landscaped areas, car parking and access roadways.
