My job is to sit back and watch everyone work- and tell them all that they are doing a fabulous job, (which I don’t do often enough)!

Angela Ogilvie – Operations Director

Headed up by Angela Ogilvie (Operations Director) our property team is always focused on the customer and we create customised offices and units specific to the needs of individual businesses.
As part of the service we offer free use of meeting/conference rooms to all tenants, provide a fast response service to respond to any issues or queries, provide tenant events (Christmas parties) and due to the increase in the demand for flexible working have introduced a hot desk and shared office facilities to suit your needs.
This allows to cater for all business individuals to suit their different requirements at an affordable price.
All Ceteris’ property conversions, customisations and safety improvements are managed by Steven, our Maintenance Team Manager.
He has a team of six all of whom help maintain our properties to the best possible standard.
Business Development/Business Gateway Team
Our Business Development team is headed up by Alison Davidson and provides the Business Gateway contract for Clackmannanshire, giving local people start up advice and local businesses growth advice from our experienced business advisors. Not only do we provide business advice we provide an extensive range of courses and events to suit any business requirement.
Our accounts department is headed up by Nicola Green (Finance Director), an integral part of our business but are a bit shy and reserved . . . . . we could only get this picture of them!
Our cleaning team is managed by Eva Gardiner (Facilities Manager) and supervised by Mhairi Stewart, our cleaners are friendly, effective and hard working. With over 90% satisfaction rate for their contribution to our business centres they are a team we value and appreciate.
