We are an Alloa based not-for-profit distribution company that provides over 260,000 sqft of business premises to let within Clackmannanshire and Stirling.
Our properties range from serviced offices to stand alone industrial units and business workshops. We also provide hot desking and shared office facilities and a 'virtual office' service. All our office accommodation includes free conference and meeting rooms and we have a wide range of training/meeting rooms available for hire, including Gean House Conference and Wedding Venue.
In addition to providing business premises and meeting room space in Central Scotland, we also deliver business support services commercially and through the Business Gateway contract.

Ceteris has been operating in the field of economic development and property management for over 20 years. The company has grown in that time from employing 6 people to its current complement of over 45. During this period we have increased the property portfolio from a single site to 11 sites and from 25,000 sq ft to just over 260,000 sq ft, including business premises to rent in Stirling.
